How will my order arrive?

Accepted Answer

All orders containing liquids are carefully handpacked and wrapped in brown padded envelopes or brown cardboard boxes... Small items not containing liquids with arrive in recycled kraft paper envelopes. Large orders will often be boxed up in big reused boxes where possible.

Can I request particular gemstones or colour of wire in my kit?

Yes! If it's in stock, its good to go in your kit. Just make sure you either message me or add a note to your order :)

Recently we have reorganised some space and built some lovely shelves so we can keep a good stock level for quick corporate orders! Drop me a message with your details and we can organise all the kits you need.
