Orders under £15.00 are shipped for £3.00 using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders over £15.00 are shipped for FREE using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders over £40.00 will be shipped for FREE using Royal Mail Tracked 24.​

When ordering during December for Christmas, buy with plenty of time for delivery
and it's strongly recommended to upgrade to a speedier shipping to avoid any postal delays :)​
RETURNS
If you need to return an item, let us know within 14 days and we will happily accept goods returned to us unused and undamaged.
Item must be returned at the expense of the customer.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days of the return being received and inspected.
The refund issued will cover the original purchase price of the goods and the associated standard initial delivery cost.
For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. Please let us know within 24hours of receipt.
If your order has been damaged on route to you, let us know and send us photos of the item and the damage so we can replace you item asap.
